Join our healthcare team as a part-time Home Health Nurse Practitioner, providing compassionate, in-home patient care.Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and perform treatments such as IV infusions, medication management, and clinical procedures.Educate patients on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications.Utilize EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for documentation.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care and discharge planning.Requirements: Current NP license, experience in critical care preferred, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and skills in complex procedures.We offer professional growth opportunities, paid time off, and pay between $32.06 - $38.61/hr.Location: In person, serving patients in their homes.
