This role will focus on project coordination, implementation support, business process alignment, user readiness, and operational execution related to CRM initiatives. The Salesforce Implementation Manager will work closely with Commercial Technology leadership, IT, implementation partners, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business stakeholders to help ensure successful CRM rollout and adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with experience supporting CRM implementations, business process improvements, and user enablement initiatives. This role requires occasional travel to support workshops, training, implementation activities, and business engagement across locations. This position will be contract and hybrid in Elkhart, Indiana.What You'll DoCoordinate day-to-day execution activities related to CRM implementation projects, including timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action trackingPartner with Commercial Technology leadership, IT teams, and implementation partners to support successful CRM deployment and adoption initiativesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business teams during CRM implementation activitiesSupport business process documentation, workflow mapping, and operational alignment efforts associated with CRM rolloutCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, feedback collection, and resolution activities during implementation phasesHelp manage CRM implementation schedules, project documentation, meeting cadences, status updates, and stakeholder communicationsSupport CRM data migration, cleanup, and validation activities in coordination with IT and enterprise data teamsCollaborate with enterprise data, MDM, ERP, ecommerce, and product data teams to support operational alignment between CRM and related business systemsAssist with CRM training coordination, user onboarding, documentation, and adoption support initiativesMonitor implementation progress and support reporting on project milestones, adoption metrics, operational readiness, and implementation KPIsCoordinate change management activities to help drive user engagement and adoption across business functionsIdentify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process gaps, escalating issues and supporting resolution activities as neededSupport post-go-live stabilization efforts, enhancement tracking, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain CRM project documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation best practicesSupport vendor coordination and implementation partner management activities as neededWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations, business systems projects, project management, or commercial operations initiativesExperience participating in CRM implementations or enterprise technology deploymentsStrong project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersExperience facilitating cross-functional meetings, requirements gathering, and implementation tracking activitiesFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systemsUnderstanding of business process mapping, operational workflows, and change management principlesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting user training, onboarding, and adoption initiativesDetail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through capabilitiesPreferred:Experience in manufacturing, B2B, distribution, or commercial operations environmentsExperience working with CRM implementation partners or system integratorsFamiliarity with ERP, marketing automation, ecommerce, or customer data platformsExperience with project management tools and methodologiesExposure to data migration, CRM integrations, or enterprise data initiativesPMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferredPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetingsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
