Website & Analytics Senior Manager

Pay: $31.25 - $38.46/hour (equivalent to $65,000 - $80,000/year) - based on experienceCompany/Position Overview: Our client, a nonprofit organization that provides financial and operational support to a diverse range of public charities all over the world, but with a focus in Colorado, is seeking a temporary (strong foot-in-door) Website & Analytics Senior Manager. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Website & Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance and strategic development of the website, with clear, measurable goals associated with (1) cleanup, maintenance, and optimization, (2) increased website traffic, engagement, subscriptions, and donations, and (3) real-time and monthly analytics reporting across various communication platforms. The Website & Analytics Senior Manager will assist with implementing processes and protocols associated with content controls, workflow, security, and intellectual property clearance. This role is part of a team supporting events, programs, campaigns, resources, and other important initiatives of this great nonprofit organization.Schedule:Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid meal break). Friday is an optional work from home day.Length: 3 months with the potential to extend and/or be hired permanentlyJob Duties:Performance & Analytics (60%)Develop dashboards with key metrics, integrating various communication platforms, including the websiteOversee a central and decentralized process for weekly website updates and maintenanceCreate and/or update clear written processes and protocols, and workflows for website content, security, intellectual property clearance, and moreOversee and provide reports and/or dashboards in terms of website weekly updates, 404s, redirects, and general website optimization and hygiene, including SEODesign, Page Creation & Updates (20%)Relaunch new website pagesTrain staff to update their own pages and audit weekly or via dashboardCreate advertisementsEnsure the website is accessible and, where possible, mobile-friendlySecurity (10%)Implement security measures, ensure data privacy, and keep the website compliant with regulationsProject Management (10%)Organize website-related assetsManage vendors and consultants as appropriateManage long-term projects as appropriateQualifications:Experience4+ years of website management, development, analytics, harmonization, and building on WordPressTrack record of increasing traffic, engagement, and revenue (purchases/donations) within budget, preferably at a small business or medium-sized non-profitProven ability to create dashboards and analyze ongoing website performance, establishing KPIs for each landing page with timely reporting to the field to meet revenue and budget deliverablesExperience with database management systemsExperience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlinesStrategic planning experience preferredGraphic design experience, including digital assets, page layout, social media graphics, and event materialsEnjoys working hard and takes pride in delivering powerful results for the greater goodHas a positive, can-do disposition that is matched with keen analytical and problem-solving skillsEnjoys multitasking; does well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can changeProfessionally handle themselves, including during pressurized situationsIs an excellent team player and also enjoys leading projects, including long-term projectsEnjoys learning and applying new technologies and best practices at workHas high ethical standards and maintains a high level of confidentialitySkills & AbilitiesStrong ability and experience with BigQuery, Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Search Console; Google Ads certified is a plusExperience creating dashboards for individual and combined website pages and across other communication platforms such as MailChimp and SproutSocialAdvanced WordPress CMS experience; Extensive UX, HTML/CSS experienceStrong SEO skills, both technical and strategic; PPC a plusKnowledge of Blackbaud products, including Online Express, Raiser's Edge NXT preferred; Experience with CRM software a plusProficient or expert in Adobe Suite and Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent judgment in terms of problem solving and knowing when to ask for direction versus when to work independently; Ability to think "outside of the box"Ability to work effectively with ethnic, cultural, and diverse populationsSuccessfully manages, from beginning to end, multiple tasks and multi-faceted projects with a sense of urgency and with accuracy; Ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesJ.
