Red Jacket Resorts – South Yarmouth, MAThe Kitchen Manager will oversee daily culinary operations at multiple outlets across the Blue Water Resort and Riviera Beach Resort, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth service, strong team leadership, and consistent food quality.Position OverviewThe Kitchen Manager will support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations for: Jonah’s Tavern – casual coastal restaurant Four Beaches – outdoor seasonal dining concept The Deck – relaxed beachside food serviceThis role focuses on team leadership, scheduling, ordering, and daily kitchen operations, ensuring that each outlet runs efficiently while maintaining Red Jacket Resorts’ standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple outlets Schedule and supervise kitchen staff to support smooth service Lead by example during prep and service periods Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Assist with ordering, inventory management, and product rotation Ensure recipes, food quality, and portion standards are followed Support training and development of line cooks and seasonal staff Monitor food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Work closely with the Executive Chef to execute menus and seasonal programsIdeal CandidateThis Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Has 2–5 years of kitchen experience in restaurants or hospitality Has lead line cook, kitchen supervisor, or junior sous chef experience Is organized, reliable, and comfortable leading a small team Enjoys working in a fast-paced seasonal environment Wants to grow into a Sous Chef or Executive Chef role in the future Has experience with ordering, prep organization, or scheduling (a plus)Resort, banquet, or high-volume kitchen experience is helpful but not required.What We Offer Competitive seasonal salary $1,200–$1,400 per week Opportunity to work across multiple resort dining concepts Mentorship and leadership development with the Executive Chef Beautiful Cape Cod waterfront work environment Potential opportunities within EOS Hospitality properties nationwideEmployment DetailsPosition Type: Seasonal (April – October)Compensation: $1,200 – $1,400 per week (salary)Location: South Yarmouth, MAEOS Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
