Requirements Physician Assistant - Pediatrics Qualifications & Skills Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Specialized training or coursework in pediatric care Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Bilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of pediatric growth and development Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Valid Physician Assistant state license Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications Strong clinical skills in pediatric care Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team Commitment to ongoing professional development and education Salary Description $100,000.00 to $150,000.00
