Client Experience Coordinator - Tampa, FL

Position: Client Experience CoordinatorFirm: Mosaic Financial GroupLocation: Tampa, FLOverview:Mosaic Financial Group is a dedicated financial planning firm based in Tampa, FL. As our Client Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our company, creating a positive experience for clients and visitors. In addition, you will support our social media efforts and organize client events to further enhance our client relationships.This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in client service, administrative support, and event planning who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.What you'll do:Client Experience & Administrative Support:Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for clients-both in-person and over the phoneSchedule appointments and manage advisor calendarsManage client database and maintain accurate recordsFollow up with clients and prospects to support relationship developmentCreate and publish engaging content across various social media platforms to maintain an active online presenceAssist with marketing efforts and general office operationsPerform additional administrative duties as assignedEvent Planning & Coordination:Plan, coordinate, and execute client events and seminarsResearch and manage relationships with venues, caterers, and vendorsDevelop event budgets and timelines, ensuring smooth execution from start to finishPromote events through email, social media, and other platformsManage guest communications, registrations, and RSVPsHandle event setup, breakdown, and on-site logisticsCollect post-event feedback to improve future planningWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma2+ years' of relevant experienceDemonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems; CRM (Redtail) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication; written and verbalSkilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidanceCollaborative team player willing to assist othersDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasksExhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySelf-starter who takes initiative and works well independentlyDemonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial mattersWhat You'll Get:Pay & Perks:$60k - $65k/year + bonus potentialHealthcare stipendPTORetirement planSchedule:Monday - Friday, 9am-5pmOccasional evenings required for client eventsPresented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
