Senior CI Specialist
JOB SUMMARYThe Senior CI Specialist assists in the coordination of Lean transformational activities; champions change and is a resource for Lean improvement. This position provides leadership, guidance, and follow-through to support the completion of departmental sustainment goals and objectives by delivering breakthrough results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorks closely with CI manager and Plant Leadership to:Build an employee engaged work environmentDevelop tracking tools and measures to support CI initiativesProvide and teach CI tools to CI and Non-CI employeesAnalyzes data to identify Lean transformation opportunitiesFacilitates Point on Lean transformation events to drive sustainable improvementsParticipates in Full Week Lean Transformation eventsMonitors 30-day follow-up activities and reportsWorks with management teams to sustain resultsWork individually or as a team member to perform root cause analysisEstablishes and drives productivity pipeline roadmaps across departments and facilityWork individually or as a team member to perform root cause analysisResponsible for managing multiple projects at the same time.Ensure the facility implements and maintains Continuous Improvement initiatives within the facility. It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure they are legally authorized to work in the location to which they apply.The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $66,813 - $100,219/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.
