Pool Monitor

Job DescriptionAs a community with families and children, it will be up to you to ensure that the pool area is safe and secure and that the residents are following rules and regulations established by the community. You need to ensure that the pool and surrounding areas, including the pool bathrooms, are open and well-stocked. And should an emergency come up, you will be one of the valued members who may be called on to assist.Essential Functions:Enforce all pool rules are followed including maximum pool occupancyOpen and close the pool area at designated timesClean pool as directed by Community ManagerEnsure pool furniture is arranged neatlyEnsure the pool bathroom is opened, stocked, clean, and free of standing waterIdentify pool deficiencies, safety concerns, and/or needed supplies, and notify Community ManagerCheck the pool phone weekly to ensure it works properlyVerify everyone entering the pool has a pool pass and/or enters a visitor log as needed by the communityEnsure an adult resident of the community, 18 years or older, always accompanies children under the age of 14Secure the pool at the designated closing timeRespond to emergency calls as directed by management if applicableEffectively communicate with residents and managementNotify management of any incident/accident immediatelyAdditional duties as assigned by the manager and subject to changePhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per dayRequired to regularly push pull lift or carry 25 lbs.Education and Experience:A valid in-state driver's license is requiredA high school diploma or equivalent is preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary | Comprehensive health benefits | Life, long and short-term disability insurance | 401(k) with company matchCommunities is an Equal Opportunity Employer2606 Seattle Slew Way, Sevierville, TN 37876, USAJ-18808-Ljbffr
