Job DescriptionP&C Insurance Account Manager Established agency seeking to add a P&C Insurance Account Manager.Salary Range: 50K-80KResponsibilities IncludeAccount handlingClient presentations and ability to resolve client concerns and issuesReview and recommend coverages for clients with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and rounding out existing accounts Liaison between clients and carriersAbility to cross sell and help walk-in/phone- sales questionsQuoting both new and renewal businessAbility to handle all types of commercial insuranceOrder and process renewal & change requestsAdvise of coverage recommendations and assist clients with claimsAssist in retaining accounts, follow up on cancelations & Broker of Record LettersCross sell & round out accountsRequirementsMust have working knowledge of agency management software, insurance rating Software, and Microsoft OfficeMust have excellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in fast paced environmentAbility to work within a team environmentAbility to self-direct the completion of job dutiesHolds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
