This role also supports bell services for overnight arrivals and departures while ensuring professional and accurate guest service.Job SpecificationsOnsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time OvernightPay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Assist with bell services for overnight arrivals and departures. Respond to guest requests and operational needs professionally. Monitor lobby and front office presentation standards overnight. Coordinate communication with overnight operational departments. Process guest requests, wake-up calls, and service recovery needs. Maintain accurate records and reporting. Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium service standards. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsPrevious front office, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and guest service skills. Basic computer and accounting knowledge preferred. Ability to work independently overnight. Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
