Software Engineer/Architect

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Application Lead to work on the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end system architecture, strategic technical decision-making, and leadership of cross-functional engineering teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESArchitecture & Solution Design- Define and own end-to-end system architecture (APIs, frontend, and data layer)- Create architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and design documentation- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI systems using a spec-driven approach- Establish best practices for modular, reusable, and production-ready system designAI / GenAI Engineering- Architect and implement solutions using Claude API, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks- Design multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and tool-based workflows- Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases and retrieval strategies- Define prompt engineering standards, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworksLeadership & Delivery- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers- Drive technical planning, task allocation, and delivery timeline- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholdersEngineering & Platform- Oversee backend development using .NET- Ensure robust deployment practices using Docker, CI/CD, and AWS- Drive system performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliabilityREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years of experience in software engineering- Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed system design- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT) and Generative AI systems- Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, and prompt engineering techniques- Strong proficiency in .NET and backend system development- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery- Experience with spec-driven development and enterprise-grade system designTECH STACKApplication: Angular, .Net, .Net Core (Good to Have Python, FastAPI)Database: PostgreSQLArchitecture: Microservices, API orchestration, scalable system designCloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, AWSAI / GenAI: Claude API, MCP, LLMs (Claude, GPT, open source)AI Patterns: Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering
