Corporate Paralegal (Hybrid)
KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Paralegal in Irvine, Ca.**Hybrid work schedule (four days in-office and 1 day remote)We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support in-house legal and compliance operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing contract workflows and corporate governance matters.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support to the in-house legal teamManage subpoena intake and tracking processesOversee contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and maintain database accuracyCoordinate contract execution workflows, including signature routing and electronic processingProcess legal invoices and track departmental expensesPrepare corporate resolutions and support governance documentation (e.g., certificates of good standing)Maintain relationships with registered agent services and manage annual state filingsSupport intellectual property administration, including filings and renewalsPrepare and maintain corporate registrations and licensesAssist with lease tracking and facilities-related legal documentationSupport subcontractor documentation and evaluate systems to improve tracking and complianceFacilitate entity management compliance across jurisdictionsAssist with insurance renewals and related documentationDraft and administer litigation hold noticesSupport regulatory certifications and compliance documentationConduct routine contract review (e.g., NDAs and similar agreements)Generate reports from legal technology platformsAssist with due diligence and document organization for corporate transactionsProvide administrative and operational support to attorneys and contract managersQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Paralegal Studies or a related field4-8 years of experience in an in-house legal department, or a combination of law firm and corporate legal experienceDemonstrated ability to support legal operations in a fast-paced corporate environmentWorking knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate governance, government contracting, and basic litigation processesStrong communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlinesExperience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Conga experience a plus), registered agent platforms, DocuSign, and CRM systemsInterest in leveraging AI and technology tools to improve efficiencyAdditional Requirements* Ability to perform light physical activity, including occasional lifting of materials up to 10 pounds* Hybrid work schedule (four days in-office and 1 day remote)Job RequirementsCompensation depends on experience but is typically 42 - 47/hrABOUT KORE1Specializing in professional and technical recruiting, KORE1 is committed to supporting top IT, Engineering, Creative, Scientific, Accounting and Finance professionals in their career paths.
