Foreman – Cathodic Protection

Position Overview Pipeline Integrity Resource (PIR) is seeking an experienced Foreman – Cathodic Protection to lead field crews executing critical CP work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows cathodic protection inside and out, runs a tight jobsite, and leads crews through safety, quality, and productivity—not just talks about it. If you’ve been the go-to person in the field, the one crews trust and management relies on, this role has your name on it. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, supervise, and support CP field crews in day-to-day operations Conduct pre-job briefings, JSAs, and daily safety meetings Coordinate all phases of work including drilling, anode installation, testing, and documentation Monitor and track productivity, materials usage, and job progress Ensure work is completed in compliance with company standards, client specifications, and safety regulations Review job packages and plans, ensuring crews understand scope and execution Serve as the primary field point of contact to keep projects moving safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For Proven experience in cathodic protection field operations Demonstrated leadership and crew management experience Strong safety mindset with a solid safety record Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and job packages Valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes endorsement Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example Organized, accountable, and calm under pressure Why PIR Leadership role with real authority and responsibility Field-driven company that understands how work actually gets done Projects that support pipeline integrity and long-term infrastructure Respect for experience, safety, and crews who do it right Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Crew Leadership: 2 years (Required) Cathodic Protection Filed Operation: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Class A with airbrake Endorsement (Required) Work Location: On the road
