This position is on Redstone Arsenal, AL at AMC HQ. This position cannot be worked remotely. The candidate must be self-directed, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with senior Army leaders on a daily basis. This position requires DOD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities may include:
Army Strategic Readiness Assessments Support,
Army Logistics Readiness Review Support,
Total Army Readiness Review Support,
Readiness Data Extraction, Analysis, Interpretation, and Organization from standard NIPR and SIPR readiness systems as well as live data dashboards (Vantage, MAVEN, etc.)
AMC Readiness and Reporting Division tasker tracking
NetUSR ReportingQualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 7 years or advanced degree with 5 years of experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to write, edit and proofread variety of presentations, position papers and memoranda
Strong interpersonal, listening, and questioning skills able to interact effectively with senior Army Staff clients on a daily basis. Adaptable to flexible work styles, environments, and locations
Must be self-directed, detail oriented, and resourceful in completing assigned tasks and projects within assigned deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
Occasional travel may be required
Active Secret Security Clearance

Prior experience working on HQDA, ACOM or ASCC Staff
Working knowledge of AMC command structure and organization
Working knowledge of Army Readiness Regulations (220-1 specifically)
Working knowledge of Army Vantage Systems and/or other data analytics platforms
Target salary range: $85,000 - $120,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
