The Shift Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This role leads and supports team members on the floor, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and provides coaching to maintain efficient and friendly service. In addition, this position helps resolve guest concerns in real time, models company values, and supports training and development of new and existing associates.Qualifications Experience in frontline restaurant operations, including guest service, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.Skills in team leadership, shift coordination, and coaching to guide associates and support a positive, collaborative work culture.Basic cash-handling, point-of-sale, and record-keeping abilities to support accurate transactions and shift reports.Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills for interacting with guests and team members.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Previous supervisory or lead experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a willingness to learn, follow procedures, and grow with the company is essential.
