The Beer Material Handler Representative position requires an associate to use power equipment. The Beer Picker Support will appropriately handle all materials following company policies and procedures. Associates should be flexible to perform other functions such as beer quality control, dropping pallets for replenishment into primary beer locations, receiving, shipping and returns.
QualificationsMust be 18 years or older
Six months of experience in a similar position preferred
Experience in operating a pallet jack, forklift and other power equipment preferred
ResponsibilitiesPerform and submit a daily power equipment inspection. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Replenish product within a location using the Company's Technology and power equipment
Scan and verify the quantity, size, and product type using the Company's technology
Conduct basic warehouse procedures to transport, drop pallets and deliver items to internal customers
Researches and reconciles picking errors or inaccuracies
Transport completed customer beer orders to the quality control area for accuracy verification
Insure all pallets are properly stacked, secured, and stable
Conduct operations and maintain the facility in a neat, clean, orderly, and safe manner
Assist in maintaining the security of the logistics
Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Essential FunctionsRegular, reliable attendance required
Able to frequently operate a pallet jack and/or forklift
Able to stand and walk, reach with arms and hands, lift and carry, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
Able to stack, unstack and relocate large amounts of product throughout the day
Able to perform greater than average lifting (up to 50 lbs) with some overhead lifting required
Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision and the ability to judge distance
