What You'll NeedHigh school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred2-5 years of general maintenance experience in commercial facilitiesWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, roofing, or related tradesBackground in landscaping, janitorial, construction, or facilities services strongly preferredAbility to work independently across multiple customer sitesValid driver's license in good standingRequired certifications or licenses applicable to trade duties Your Workday in ActionPerform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and groundsComplete work orders accurately and on time while following safety and regulatory standardsPerform minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixturesConduct carpentry and painting repairs to maintain a clean, professional appearancePerform minor electrical maintenance within state licensing limits, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lighting componentsComplete service and asset inspections as requiredUse mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, quality inspection images, timekeeping, and expensesSource materials and supplies necessary to complete assigned tasksMaintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional serviceParticipate in required safety training and weekly safety meetingsProvide estimates for larger repairs or improvement projects What You GetSolid weekly pay you can count on.Medical, Dental, Vision.Life Insurance + Disability coverage.Optional 401(k).Employee perks and support.Steady hours close to home.
