Converting Supervisor

Position Overview: The Production (Converting) Supervisor oversees manufacturing processes in a corrugated industry setting, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.Key Responsibilities: Communicates production objectives with senior leadership, conducts safety training and accident investigations, manages work schedules, and coaches employees to exceed team targets. Responsible for process management and continuous improvement through strong leadership.Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred. Minimum two years of manufacturing supervision experience in corrugated industry. Proficient with computer applications, process management, and team leadership.
