This role is ideal for someone passionate about Democratic politics and excited to support campaigns and nonprofits through digital media. You’ll work across accounts to implement digital fundraising strategies, write fundraising emails, html campaigns, manage social media, build websites, create content, and support the team with design and proofing tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their digital skills and make a real impact.What You’ll DoAccount Management: serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, helping ensure deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.Strategy & Implementation: Assist in developing and executing email and social media content plans for campaigns, nonprofits, ballot initiatives, and organizations.Social Media Management: Draft, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Threads, etc.).Website Development: Build and maintain websites using Wix and Squarespace; ensure sites are user-friendly, accessible across devices, and on-brand.Team Support & Proofing: Support internal workflows by reviewing and proofing emails, graphics, and copy for quality and consistency.What You Bring2-4 years of experience in the political industry focusing on digital communications, social media, design, or related workA strong interest in democratic politics, campaigns, and/or nonprofit communicationsProficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, Squarespace, and social scheduling platformsAttention to detail and a collaborative mindsetStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsAbility to stay organized across multiple projects and meet deadlinesExperience working with political campaigns or advocacy organizationsBasic HTML or CSS familiarityExperience with email platforms like Iterable and NGPWhat We Offer$65-80k Salary range based on experience Remote - typical light Friday work day401k with employer match after 60 daysHealth insurance monthly stipendOpportunity to work with mission-driven clients on meaningful projectsRoom to grow and learn in a fast-paced, supportive environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceHow to Apply:Send your resume and cover letter to rachel@dialoguedigital.com with the subject line:"Digital Strategist - Resume"Dialogue Digital is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences to apply.
