This role is key to supporting patient throughout their rehabilitation journey by providing exceptional customer service, clear communication and compassionate engagement from check in to follow ups.When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy centers, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That's where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our center.
