This role focuses on building, supporting, and maintaining laboratory and pathology information systems across hospital facilities to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare IT systems and laboratory workflows who are passionate about optimizing clinical systems and supporting integrated hospital operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, support, and maintain laboratory and pathology information systems.Ensure systems meet hospital requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance guidelines.Participate in multi-departmental and integrated systems testing initiatives.Collaborate with lab teams, IT departments, and hospital stakeholders.Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements for improved efficiency.Support system upgrades, validations, and ongoing performance optimization.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Senior Analyst in a healthcare environment.Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare IT systems.Experience with LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Additional RequirementsNo local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.Why Work With Toptal Care IncToptal Care Inc is a nationally recognized certified Diversity Supplier committed to connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities across the United States.
