The Cashier is responsible to ensure that all monies collected are reported and balanced before and after each shift.Adhere to the Miccosukee Service Expectations and ensure team complianceAttends customers in exchanging cash, checking out customers, processing credit card and cash transactions.Inform guests about the hotel's facilities.Bid guests farewell by using guest's name when known, and inviting them to come back.Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make them feel at home.Assists customers in their designated areas.Counts and balances cash boxes before and after each shift.Provides stellar customer service to all patrons.Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times and to observe the Company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this jobPerforms other related duties as assignedThe Casino & Resort will function seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We may find it necessary to re-schedule shifts according to our business volume. You must be willing and available to fulfill these demandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to walk, stand and sit. The associate will occasionally be required to climb and use balance. Additionally, the team member will frequently be asked to use hands and arms carry and lift items. Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision and distance vision.
