Job Summary Seeking energetic and welcoming Pilates Instructors for intimate sized, semi-private group classes. Must be certified/knowledgeable with the Cadillac, Tower and Chair along with the Reformer. You will have the opportunity to design customized programs to provide a motivating environment for the clientele. Responsibilities Conduct semi private group and individual Pilates classes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Design and implement effective sessions tailored to various fitness levels in group setting and for private client needs. Provide clear instructions on proper techniques and modifications for exercises. Monitor participants’ progress and provide feedback to enhance their experience. Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention. Experience Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor with Reformer, Cadillac, Tower and Chair.
