Digital Marketing Manager
A nationally recognized premium consumer brand known for its high-touch customer experience, category leadership, and large-scale marketing investment is seeking a performance-driven growth marketer to help drive customer acquisition and scalable business growth. This high-visibility role reports directly to the CMO and offers the opportunity to influence digital acquisition strategy for one of the most established brands in its category.This role is responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth across paid digital channels. The position blends paid media strategy, conversion optimization, analytics, audience targeting, and testing to build and scale a high-performing acquisition engine. Based in NYC, this individual will lead performance marketing initiatives focused on optimization, experimentation, and measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Paid Acquisition Strategy: Own strategy, optimization, and performance across Meta and other paid acquisition channels, optimizing toward cost per appointment, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth.Drive Conversion Optimization: Lead structured A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, creative, offers, messaging, audience targeting, and conversion funnels to improve performance efficiency.Support Remarketing & Audience Strategy: Partner on segmentation, remarketing, nurture, and reactivation initiatives designed to improve conversion performance and customer engagement.Own Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and translate campaign performance into actionable optimization recommendations and budget allocation decisions.Lead Performance Testing & Experimentation: Test emerging channels, creative approaches, AI tools, automation workflows, and audience strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities.Manage Paid Media Investment: Help oversee and optimize significant paid media investment across digital acquisition channels with a strong ROI and performance orientation.Manage Agency & Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner closely with agencies and internal creative, analytics, ecommerce, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.Required Experience7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisitionExperience managing and optimizing Meta paid social campaignsExperience improving conversion performance through A/B testing and optimization initiativesExperience with paid acquisition, audience targeting, and performance-driven marketing strategiesExperience within DTC, consumer services, ecommerce, and/or lead generation business modelsExperience managing agency relationships and performance accountability preferredRequired Technical & Analytical SkillsDeep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing analytics toolsExperience managing meaningful paid media budgets with ROI accountabilityExperience with testing, attribution, conversion analysis, and performance reportingAbility to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into optimization recommendationsStrong analytical and performance-oriented mindset across acquisition marketing initiativesCompensationSalary range: $150K–$170K annually, based on experienceFull-time onsite role based out of the company’s NYC headquartersTo protect applicants, please note that this job is posted only on LinkedIn.com and Gainor.net.
