The center is proudly partnered with Compass Surgical Partners, a national leader in developing and managing ambulatory surgery centers across the U.S.Role SummaryThe Central Processing Sterile Technician is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, assembling, and storing surgical instruments and equipment. This role ensures the operating team has the tools needed for safe, effective patient care, directly supporting the perioperative process and overall patient safetyHoursMonday–Friday schedule8:00am- 4:30pm No nights, weekends, holidays, or callWhat You’ll DoClean, inspect, sterilize, and package instruments and equipment according to standardsAssemble instrument trays and maintain accurate labeling and storageOperate sterilizers, washers, and related equipment safely and effectivelyMonitor and maintain sterile supply inventory; check for outdated or compromised itemsSupport patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiativesCommunicate effectively with teammates, physicians, and other staffMaintain a clean, orderly, and compliant sterile processing work areaWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience in sterile processing requiredCRCST certificationCurrent BLS certificationStrong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skillsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, and liftingOccasional stooping, kneeling, or climbingAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)Regular exposure to bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and sterilization equipment in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications)Supportive, collaborative, and growing environmentWhy Compass Surgical Partners?Compass Surgical Partners is a leading, independent, full-service ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development and management partner.
