Your duties will encompass:Evaluating data related to the patient's physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, tailored to their age and development.Documenting and reporting all observed symptoms, reactions, and changes in the patient's condition.Applying the nursing process to guide and deliver patient care, which includes developing, implementing, revising, and assessing a formal care plan.Administering medications in accordance with the 'Five Rights of Medication Administration.'Providing educational support to patients and their families, ensuring the information is suitable for their age and comprehension levels.Creating and sustaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients, families, and visitors.Prioritizing and organizing daily tasks to ensure optimal patient care.Demonstrating annual competency in designated areas of responsibility.Upholding patient and employee confidentiality at all times.Adhering to the facility's Code of Conduct.For Charge Nurse positions: Assigning staff, mentoring, leading performance improvement initiatives, and managing emergency situations.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.), Associate's degree (A.D.N.), or Diploma from an accredited nursing program.Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Nebraska.Valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.Working ConditionsWe are committed to supporting our healthcare professionals, ensuring they can provide the highest quality of care to their patients.
