Math Instructor (Part-Time) – East Cobb We are hiring a Math Instructor in East Cobb who is passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic about helping kids succeed. This Instructor role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with students, building confidence, and making math a positive experience. No prior teaching experience required — we provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know! Quick Role Summary As a Math Instructor, you will deliver one-to-one and small-group instruction in a supportive learning center environment. You’ll help students strengthen foundational math skills, improve confidence, and develop a love of learning. This role is ideal for future teachers, tutors, education majors, or anyone interested in working as an instructor while making a meaningful impact. What We Offer $12–$15 per hour (based on experience) Paid training and ongoing coaching Flexible part-time scheduling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership development across multiple centers Mission-driven work that truly changes lives What You Will Do Provide engaging one-to-one and small-group instruction as a Math Instructor Teach math concepts through Algebra Create a welcoming and motivating environment for students and families Motivate and inspire students to build confidence in math Track and communicate student progress with the Center Manager and team Follow Mathnasium’s proven instructional methodology Support daily center operations as needed Collaborate with fellow instructors and leadership Requirements Ability to teach math concepts up to Algebra Friendly, outgoing, and student-focused personality Ability to connect with both parents and children Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in a long-term instructor or education-focused role Schedule & Availability This is a part-time Instructor position with flexible hours. Schedules vary by center but generally include: Afternoon and evening shifts Weekend availability We are seeking candidates who can commit throughout the school year.
