Project Engineer

Position: Project EngineerRemote willing to travel when neededPay Rate: $50-$62 HourlyLooking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY!!Must Haves:3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer within Solar/PV or ConstructionBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or Structural EngineeringExpertise in one or more of these areas: Power electronics, Battery storage system design, Substation design, Generation tie design.Familiarity with energy storage technologies, including battery chemistries, power conversion units, and DC/DC converters.Familiarity with lithium-ion battery storage safety standards (UL1973, UL9540, UL9540A, NFPA 855, NFPA 70E, NEC, applicable IFC/IBC sections).Familiarity with IEC 61215, 61646, 61730. Job Overview:Our client in the energy space is looking for personnel to hold the responsibility of planning, designing, and executing various aspects of energy storage projects. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, engineering oversight and consulting across cross functional teams to deliver a best-in-class product.
