The team's main goals are to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly crypto features, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive the evolution of SoFi’s crypto platform to meet member needs and industry standards.The team culture is dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven. Engineers work closely with product managers, designers, and business strategists, fostering an environment where ownership, innovation, and continuous learning are highly valued. Communication is open and facilitated through dedicated Slack channels and Google Groups, supporting both rapid iteration and thoughtful technical design.As a SoFi Engineering Intern, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines during your internship.
