This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing care plans, managing casework, coordinating with care teams, and ensuring quality service delivery. The role involves supervising staff, providing training, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. As part of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with clients, families, and care providers to maintain our commitment to excellence in care.QualificationsProficiency in customer service with a focus on understanding care protocols and health needs of seniors and individuals with I/DD.Experience in IN Home Care to oversee and ensure effective care delivery and support health outcomes.Strong training and leadership skills to mentor care providers and ensure continuous quality improvement.Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for working with a diverse team and client base.2 years healthcare management experience required.Experience managing or coordinating in-home care services is a strong plus.
