The Motel Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, guest services, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves organizing reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and managing administrative duties, such as financial reporting and inventory management. The candidate will play a critical role in achieving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Hospitality management expertise, including guest service and conflict resolution skillsProficiency in managing staff, scheduling, and effective team leadershipExperience with inventory management, financial reporting, and basic accounting skillsKnowledge of property maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standardsExceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with reservation systems and other relevant hospitality software is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory
