This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to develop their career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of approximately 150 workers’ compensation mattersPrepare and submit settlement demands with supporting documentationNegotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and related partiesDraft and respond to discovery in a timely and thorough mannerConduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as neededRepresent clients in hearings, motions, and other court proceedingsQualifications0–3 years of workers’ compensation or related litigation experienceActive and in good standing Georgia Bar license (required)Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law schoolStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload effectivelyProfessional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedWhy Join Bader LawBader Law is committed to fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and integrity.
