Give us a call opt 1Job Details: Shift: 12H DaysTotal Weekly Hours: 36Certifications: BLS and NRP, EFM training & Int AWHONN FHM preferredTrauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes:Qualifications and Requirements- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / Labor & Birth experience in an acute care hospital setting.- Certifications: BLS and NRP are required, EFM training & Intermediate AWHONN FHM are preferred.- Skills Required:- Strong fetal monitoring and interpretation skills.- Expertise in labor support and coaching.- Medication administration and IV therapy proficiency.- Ability to handle obstetric emergencies and rapid response situations.- Experience managing laboring patients, including high-risk obstetric cases, independently.- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities.- Experience working comfortably with 2 patients in a high acuity, team-based environment.- Capable of adapting quickly to new workflows, policies, and electronic medical records.- Preferred Experience: Two years of current inpatient, acute care hospital experience.- Additional Requirements: Comfortable floating between Antepartum and Labor & Delivery areas. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
