These values guide how we operate and how we support one another.JOB DETAILSThe Laboratory Technician - Machinist is responsible for Quality Control, Technical Service and R&B support of existing products and new products to support the needs of customers. Requires knowledge of CNC machines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESReview samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output.Ensure that product documentation and paperwork are completed properly and clearly.Take precise measurements of samples.Machine composite and resin specimens.Lay up of composite materials.Operate tile saw, drill press, CNC/surface grinder machine, band saw.Perform housekeeping duties and assignments to maintain a clean and safe working environment in the Process areas.Follow all safety procedures and all company and department policies and procedures.Assist with team activities, attend monthly safety meetings and any other scheduled meetings.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills:Emotional EmpathyPositive AttitudeExcellent Communication SkillsFlexibility / AdaptabilityInterpersonal SkillsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
