Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Appraiser located in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The Senior Appraiser will be responsible for conducting detailed property evaluations, performing market research, preparing appraisal reports, and providing expert opinions on real estate assets. The role also involves working closely with clients, managing multiple appraisal assignments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate Valuation, Property Appraisal, and Real Estate Market AnalysisStrong Analytical, Research, and Report Writing skillsExpertise in Property Evaluation and Financial ModelingKnowledge of Local Market Trends and Regulatory RequirementsEffective Communication and Client Relationship Management skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficientlyCertified General Appraiser License is requiredBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related fieldProficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in commercial real estate appraisal is strongly preferred
