DutiesThe position involves working in the Interventional Radiology department, performing a variety of procedures such as coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemakers. The role requires participation in on-call duties up to 4 days a week, with a possibility of working up to 2 weekends in a 6-week schedule. The job also involves maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring a sterile field during procedures. The facility provides a supportive interdisciplinary environment with services like Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more. SkillsProcedural Responsibilities: Accurate monitoring, equipment setup, scrub- maintaining sterile field. Fluoroscopy equipment operation and maintenance. Proficiency in various procedures such as Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, and many others. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation precautions, equipment operation, and maintenance. Genitourinary Studies/Procedures: Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement. ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, CCI RCIS*, Fluoro Permit, RCIS acceptable with 5 years of experience. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
