Loss Mitigation Associate

Loss Mitigation Associate is a full-time position responsible for minimizing foreclosures through debt counseling, timely review of financial packages, and compliance with various regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Review financial packages for completeness and compliance with investor guidelines Process and monitor workout programs while communicating with customers and stakeholders Report workouts to investors and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loss mitigation and default servicing Familiarity with GSE, FHA, USDA, VA, FHLB, and GNMA loss mitigation guidelines Proficiency in loan servicing systems MSP and LMS (ICE) Strong understanding of foreclosure prevention options and regulatory compliance
