Inside Service Sales Specialist

Proactively prospect and qualify small PMA opportunities using phone, email, and digital channels. Execute targeted campaigns to drive PMA attachment rates in assigned segments. Manage the full sales cycle for small PMA contracts, from lead to close. Present quotes generated by the Contracts team to prospects and facilitate contract execution. Accurately document all activities in CRM and ensure data integrity. Identify and escalate larger or complex opportunities to RS - Ms. Collaborate closely with the Contracts team to ensure timely and accurate quoting. Meet or exceed activity and conversion KPIs as defined by management. Provide feedback on market trends, customer objections, and process bottlenecks. Our Team Dynamics.
