Senior ERP Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to support and optimize its enterprise ERP ecosystem. This role will focus on system ownership, business process improvement, and supporting a transition to a modern Microsoft Dynamics Business Central SaaS environment.The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP functional expertise and the ability to work closely with both business and technology teams to enhance system performance, drive adoption, and support operational efficiency across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a key functional lead supporting the ERP platform and related business applicationsPartner with business leaders and IT to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend system improvementsSupport ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system upgradesParticipate in the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central (SaaS)Coordinate testing, data validation, and user acceptance processesProvide Tier 2 / Tier 3 ERP support, troubleshooting transactional and workflow issuesSupport ERP workflows across sales, inventory, purchasing, order fulfillment, and service operationsDevelop and maintain operational and financial reporting, including dashboards and analyticsManage ERP documentation, change management processes, and user training materialsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system stability and scalabilityQualifications5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business CentralStrong understanding of ERP-driven business processes such as finance, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, or service operationsExperience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrationsFamiliarity with ERP integrations and data managementExperience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plusStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
