Implementation Project Manager

About the Opportunity:The Implementation Project Manager leads enterprise-scale deployments of supply chain visibility solutions for large companies. This role manages program execution from contract to post-implementation, ensuring deployments meet scope, budget, and timeline while fostering adoption across complex logistics environments. The position plays a critical role in transforming supply chain operations and delivering measurable value to clients.3. Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations as the accountable leadDevelop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registersManage project budgets from $150K to over $1M, tracking spend and forecasting resource needsLead governance activities such as steering committees and business reviews with executive stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional teams across time zones including engineers, architects, and external partnersMonitor project KPIs including schedule adherence, budget variance, and customer satisfactionIdentify and mitigate risks related to integration, resources, and stakeholder alignmentManage change control processes including scope assessment and contract amendmentsDrive adoption of standard implementation methodologies adapted to customer needsServe as primary contact for customer executives and internal teams during all project phasesDeliver executive-level status reports, manage escalations, and resolve conflictsBuild relationships to align objectives and ensure smooth transitions between sales and customer successCreate and maintain resource plans, track budget utilization, and manage vendor relationshipsForecast resource needs and optimize allocation across multiple concurrent projectsGuide technical teams through complex integrations with ERP, TMS, OMS, and WMS systemsCoordinate integration testing, technical design reviews, and production cutover activitiesAnalyze performance metrics to identify improvements and contribute to best practice documentationCollaborate with leadership on capacity planning and mentor junior team members4. Requirements:Experience leading enterprise-scale supply chain or technology implementationsProven program management skills including budget oversight and risk managementAbility to manage cross-functional, multi-timezone teams and complex stakeholder groupsFamiliarity with ERP (SAP TM, SAP ECC, Oracle), TMS, OMS, WMS, and integration technologiesStrong communication skills, especially in executive reporting and stakeholder alignmentExpertise in change control and project governanceCapacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with detailed resource planning5.
