We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role blends design-focused marketing work with administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and structure.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & DesignCreate and edit marketing materials using Adobe tools (e.g., brochures, social graphics, presentations, email templates)Maintain brand consistency across all visual assetsAssist with social media content creation and schedulingSupport email marketing campaigns and basic analytics trackingCollaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotionsAdministrative SupportCoordinate marketing calendars, meetings, and deadlinesManage project timelines and ensure deliverables are metOrganize and maintain digital files, assets, and documentationAssist with vendor coordination and marketing logisticsPrepare reports, presentations, and internal communicationsQualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
