You’ll work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure timely invoicing, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient collections processes.In This Role, You WillProcess invoices and supporting documentation for domestic and international customer shipmentsVerify customer pricing agreements and order details prior to invoicingProcess customer payments and cash receipts accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor accounts receivable balances and initiate collection activities on past-due accountsMaintain and reconcile inventory records across multiple locationsSupport general ledger account reconciliations and accounting activitiesProcess and record commission payments related to sales activitiesReview, scan, file, and maintain accounts receivable documentation within paperless record systemsAssist with year-end reconciliations and audit support activitiesGenerate reports related to accounts receivable performance and account statusCollaborate with accounting, operations, and customer-facing teams on special projects and tasksAssist with inventory counts and related accounting activities as neededRequirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and a commitment to accuracy.Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Minimum one (1) year of accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating, editing, and maintaining spreadsheetsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBookkeeping or advanced clerical accounting experienceExperience working with ERP systemsExperience supporting inventory reconciliation activitiesManufacturing industry experienceYour Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.What Makes ENTEK DifferentENTEK is more than a manufacturing company—we’re a team driven by values.
