Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description We are a rapidly growing and quality-driven food manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented QC Supervisor to lead quality operations on the production floor. This is an opportunity for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.If you are a strong leader with technical expertise in HACCP, food safety systems, and batch-based product manufacturing (salsas, sauces, soups, etc.), we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Lead, train, and develop QC Lab and Line Technicians across multiple production linesOversee and maintain food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, pre-requisites, sanitation programs)Perform in-process, raw material, and finished goods inspections and testingPartner with operations to drive corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)Ensure compliance with BRC/GFSI standards and regulatory requirementsReview and manage documentation, calibration logs, and quality recordsAnalyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvementsSupport audits and prepare documentation for regulatory/state inspectionsMaintain lab equipment and troubleshoot technical issuesAct as a key communication bridge between QC and operations teamsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field3+ years of QC/QA supervisory experience in food manufacturing (required)Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, allergens, SOPs, and food safety systemsExperience with BRC or other GFSI audits (required)Direct experience with batch-formulated products such as:Salsas, sauces, soups, chili, or tomato-based productsBilingual: English & Spanish (required)Advanced Microsoft Office skillsProven ability to lead teams, analyze data, and drive quality improvementsSelf-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skillsWork Environment:Active production setting with exposure to hot and cold environmentsRequires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbsWork performed in close collaboration with production teamsFast-paced, high-accountability environmentWhy This Role Stands Out:Strong leadership visibility and impact on product qualityOpportunity to shape and improve food safety systemsCompetitive hourly pay and stable, full-time employmentWork with a team that values excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementApply Now!This role is designed for top-tier QC professionals who take pride in maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards.
