This Wound Care RN position is a full-time days position.As a Wound Care RN, your responsibilities include:Providing evaluation of patients with ostomy/draining woundsInitiating plan of treatment and ongoing evaluationConsulting primary RN and providing reports to physicianIdentifying educational needs of nursing personnel and conducts inservices on ostomy, skin, wound, and fistula careProviding multidisciplinary care with rehab professionals, RNs, doctors, social services, and supportInstructing patient/families in use of wound care products and participation in the plan of careWound Care Nurse Experience:3 - 5 years of nursing experience2 years of wound care experience2 years of acute care nursing experienceEducation & Credential Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing RequiredRegistered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Board RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) - AHA RequiredThis Wound Care RN position will be primarily located at Baptist Jacksonville.
