The start date is ASAP (5/5) for this 6 months position.Job Title: Solutions Launches Video DirectorLocation-Type: HybridStart Date Is: ASAP (5/5)Duration: 6 months (contract)Compensation Range: $130 - $160/hrJob Description:Lead end-to-end production of enterprise-focused video content that translates complex technical solutions into clear, engaging narratives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Direct and produce solution launch videos, product demos, webinars, and live sessionsOwn projects from concept through final delivery, including narrative developmentPartner with product and content marketing to identify and translate use cases into videoLead live webinars and virtual events, including run-of-show and speaker directionCollaborate with editors, motion designers, and external production vendorsOversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflowsDevelop creative briefs, production plans, and content librariesEnsure high-quality output under tight timelines and fast-paced launchesRequirements:Must-Haves:6 years of video production experienceStrong portfolio showcasing technical or B2B video storytellingExperience producing webinars, live events, and enterprise contentAbility to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging visualsExperience managing vendors and full production lifecycleStrong collaboration skills with marketing and product teamsHands-on post-production experience (editing, motion graphics, sound)Excellent project management and multitasking abilitiesNice-to-Haves:Background in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI industriesExperience with product walkthroughs, tutorials, or technical demosFamiliarity with enterprise buyer journeys and adoption cyclesExperience with screen capture and UI-focused video productionKnowledge of content marketing strategy and demand generationExperience supporting launches, conferences, or industry eventsBenefits:This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
