This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of core data systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain relational database solutionsBuild and support data integration and transformation workflowsOptimize database performance through query tuning and indexing strategiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex data and performance issuesPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSupport reporting and analytics initiatives across the organizationContribute to data modeling, architecture, and best practicesQualificationsStrong experience working with relational databases and advanced query developmentHands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processesSolid understanding of database design, normalization, and performance tuningExperience diagnosing and resolving data-related issues (e.g., performance bottlenecks, data integrity concerns)Exposure to reporting and analytics tools is a plusAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
