AI Business Architect

On behalf of a global client, RED is currently looking for a AI Architect to help with a multi year project.Role Details:Duration - 8 Months + extension (scope of work till 2028/29)Capacity - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day workingLocation - 100% work from homeLanguage - EnglishInformation about the role:Analyse customer issues and risk patterns to embed predictive and preventative AI capabilities into the support lifecycle.Lead ideation, prototyping, and scaling of AI-driven solutions from proof of concept to production.Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, product, and customer-facing teams to implement and optimize solutions.Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance.Act as mentor and thought leader within a network of AI and technical experts, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
