This provides the strength of a larger organization while maintaining the flexibility and culture of a local service company.We are growing quickly and building a strong service presence in Central Texas.What You Will DoThis is a field-based outside sales role focused on generating new service business and building long-term customer relationships.Primary responsibilities include:Prospect new commercial and industrial customersSell generator maintenance agreements and inspection servicesIdentify repair opportunities and service upgradesConduct site visits and facility walk-throughsBuild long-term customer relationshipsGenerate proposals and follow up on opportunitiesMaintain pipeline and activity trackingWork closely with operations team to onboard new customersThis is a relationship-driven service sales role focused on recurring service agreements and long-term customer partnerships.What We Are Looking ForIdeal candidates will have:Outside sales experience, service industry preferredSelf-starter with strong work ethicStrong communication and relationship skillsComfortable working independently in the fieldTechnical aptitude, generator or electrical experience is a plusExperience calling on commercial or industrial customers preferredIndustry experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
