Pediatric Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

A leading beloved local Children's Health Clinic in is currently seeking a Pediatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Our client's practice is known for it's care and concern for their community, being a part of the team will allow you to make a strong difference in the wellbeing and development of local children. Position Overview: As a Pediatric PA or NP, you will provide quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in a variety of settings. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, as well as educate patients and their families on preventive care and management of chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans - Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures - Prescribe medications and treatments as needed - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care - Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations Qualifications: - Current PA or NP license in NJ - Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Experience in a pediatric setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems We Offer: - Above market compensation - Flexible scheduling options - Opportunity to work with top healthcare facilities - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Professional development opportunities If you are passionate about providing quality care to pediatric patients and are looking for a per diem opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
