Partnering with families, Journey Academy designs individualized education plans and participates in Indiana ESA and SGO scholarship programs to foster academic and personal growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Teacher, based in Michigan City, IN. The Special Education Teacher will work closely with individualized student education plans and implement tailored lesson plans for exceptional learners. Responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction, fostering academic and social development, supporting students with disabilities or neurodivergent profiles, and maintaining open communication with families.
